Bjørn Johnson

Bjørn Johnson has been acting for more than 43 years. He started his acting career at the early age of four. Since then he has been seen on TV, film, commercials and on stage. A very passionate actor, he has acted in hundreds of plays and directed dozens of them. He has won awards such as: the acclaimed LA Weekly Best Director Award, Dramalogue Awards and the Critique Circle Award, NY. Bjørn has worked with actors such as Richard Dreyfuss, Al Pacino, Christopher Reeves, Bill van Dijk, Oscar winner Celeste Holm, Blythe Danner, Bill Paxton, Cameron Diaz and Rod Steiger. As a fight director he apprenticed with B.H. Barry, studied with and assisted Michael Kahn, the artistic director of the Juilliard School, NY, and trained with renowned acting coach Larry Moss for 24 years. He has taught at the Juilliard School, NYU and conducts an on-going Masterclass in L.A.
