Over the past 20 years Margie Haber has taught many of Hollywood ‘s rising stars and working actors such as Brad Pitt, Halle Berry, Vince Vaughn and many others. She arrived in Los Angeles in 1970 to embark on a successful acting career and guest-starred in various films and TV series. She taught at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute where she recognized the need of a good cold-reading technique. In 1982 Margie founded the Performing Art Corporation, offering a forum for producers, directors and casting-directors to share their knowledge in professional a teaching capacity. The Margie Haber Cold Reading Workshops, founded in 1984, include a staff of eight teachers who all specialize in the audition process. Margie teaches seminars around the country, and Europe, and is the author of the best-selling book: How to Get the Part…Without Falling Apart.
